Our cylinders heat treatment production line is fully automatic.

Besides, it is the most advanced heat treatment production line in China.

The control range of temperature can reach 5 in the temperature holding zone, making it easy to set the beat of production and temperature.

The heat treatment craft is recorded during the whole process.

The CNC automatic lathe is specially designed.

The machine is with whole bed and of high pisitioning accuracy.

Moreover, the error of ghread machining is mall so that it can meet the dedicated processing requirements of cylinder’s thread home and abord.

The automatic spraying production line uses natural gas curing oven, thermostat floating less than.

The paint film on cylinders, surface is uniform, strong adhesion and easy to fall off.

The inner wall of blasting machine uses a new and improved steel shot circulatory system, which saves the compressed air and improve efficiency.
